How it works for homebuyers

- Reserve your slot. Call (616) 951-1561 once you have a closing date. First-come, first-served.
- Pick up, move, drop off. Scheduling is flexible around your moving day.
Local non-profits: it's yours too
Community organizations can borrow the trailer free of charge for donation runs, equipment hauls, and event logistics. Call the office and we'll work out eligibility and scheduling.
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required. Availability is first-come, first-served; contact us for current usage guidelines.

Who can use the free moving trailer?
Two groups: homebuyers who close their mortgage with Priority Home Mortgage, and local non-profit organizations. Buyers get the trailer for their move-in; non-profits can use it for transporting donations, equipment, or supplies.
How big is the trailer?
It's a 10-foot enclosed trailer. Enclosed matters: your furniture, appliances, and boxes are protected from weather during the move.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It's free for our closed mortgage clients and for local non-profits. You'd typically pay for a rental trailer of this size out of pocket, so it's real money saved during an expensive week.
What do I need to borrow it?
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a vehicle that can tow it. Reservations are first-come, first-served, so book your slot as soon as you have a closing date.
How do I reserve it?
