3. We do not share your information with affiliates for their own use. Priority Home Mortgage is a dba of PFN Lending Group, Inc., and your information stays inside that company. It is used to originate, underwrite, close, and service your loan, and for nothing else. We do not pass it to an affiliate so that the affiliate can market to you, which means there is no affiliate-sharing opt-out to ask us for.
4. We do not disclose your information for marketing. We have no joint marketing agreements with other financial institutions, and we do not provide your information to anyone for marketing purposes. We will never sell our clients’ information. The only companies that ever handle it are the service providers who help us process your loan, and they may use it only to perform that work for us.
5. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations in order to guard your nonpublic personal information.
6. In plain language. We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not buy or sell leads, and we do not share your personal information with affiliates or joint marketing partners for their own marketing. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. When you check a consent box on this Website, that consent stays with Priority Home Mortgage and is used only by us. Neither consent box is required in order to submit a form or to do business with us.
