1. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
   • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
   • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
   • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
2. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
3. We do not share your information with affiliates for their own use. Priority Home Mortgage is a dba of PFN Lending Group, Inc., and your loan information stays inside that company. It is used to originate, underwrite, close, and service your loan, and to measure how well our own marketing and this Website work (see item 8). We do not pass it to an affiliate so that the affiliate can market to you, which means there is no affiliate-sharing opt-out to ask us for.
4. We do not disclose your loan information for marketing. We have no joint marketing agreements with other financial institutions, and we do not provide your loan information to anyone for marketing purposes. We will never sell our clients’ information. The companies that handle your loan information are those that help us process your loan, and they may use it only to perform that work for us. The companies whose tools run on this Website are described in item 8.
5. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations in order to guard your nonpublic personal information.
6. In plain language. We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not buy or sell leads, and we do not share your personal information with affiliates or joint marketing partners for their own marketing. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. When you check a consent box on this Website, that consent stays with Priority Home Mortgage and is used only by us. Neither consent box is required in order to submit a form or to do business with us.
7. Withdrawing consent. Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages, or HELP for help. You may also tell the loan officer you are working with, or reach us using the contact details on our company page. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
8. How this Website measures visits. This section is about what happens when you browse this Website, before you apply for a loan.
   • What brought you here. The first time you visit, this Website saves a short note in your browser’s storage. It is not a cookie. The note stays for up to 90 days. It records the first page you landed on, the website that sent you here (such as a search engine), any campaign tags in the link (such as utm tags), and whether the link came from an online ad. In this note we save only which ad network the click came from (such as Google or Microsoft), not the ad’s tracking code. The note is not designed to hold your name or contact details. For the length of your browsing session only, this Website also keeps the first page of that visit. We receive this information only when you send us a form.
   • When you send us a form. Your form includes that note, the page you sent it from, and two codes that Google Analytics placed in your browser (a browser code and a visit code). As with any form on this Website, we also record your IP address and browser type with the record of the consent choices you made. We save these details on your contact record in our contact-management system, and keep them for as long as we keep that record. They help us see which pages and sources lead people to contact us. We also keep a separate copy for measuring results. That copy adds whether you applied and whether a loan closed, with its amount, type and purpose, and we delete it 24 months after your last activity with us.
   • What Google and advertising platforms receive. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the answers you type into a form to Google Analytics or to any advertising platform. Google Analytics does see the pages you view, which of our forms you sent (for example, the form on a particular loan-program page), and when you click a phone number, an email address, an Apply now link or a download. This Website does not tell Google or any advertising platform whether an application was completed or approved, or whether a loan closed.
   • Analytics and advertising tools on this Website. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, both loaded through Google Tag Manager. They use cookies to count visits and show how pages are used, and they record when someone taps a phone number on this Website and, if that person arrived from a Google ad, connect the tap to the ad. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies. These tools can see technical details such as your IP address, device and browser. The companies that provide them handle this information under their own terms and privacy policies.
   • Chat and embedded content. The chat window is provided by our contact-management vendor, LeadConnector. If you use it, the messages and any contact details you type are saved in our contact-management system so a loan officer can reply, and the chat window keeps a conversation code in your browser. Some pages load content from other providers, such as a rates widget and our calculators, and those providers see your IP address when the content loads. The Apply now link takes you to our separate online application site, which has its own privacy terms.
   • Your choices and questions. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and this Website should still work without them. Clearing this Website’s site data also removes the note about what brought you here. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
